when we pour hot water on cold drink botle it opens,why?

Convection occurs in the bottle i.e the hot water particles transfer the heat to cold particles which are jamming the cap of the bottle.
The difference in temperature also causes a difference in the pressure and hence transfer of energy and pressure releasing.
