.where is the ribosome found in the cell?for both type of cell if it is prokaryotic and eukaryotic?and in eukaryotic also in plants and animals(means where it is found in plants and animal)?

  • Ribosomes are found in many places around the cell. Some are floating in cytoplasm and some are attached to Endoplasmic reticulum and makes it rough and hence it is named as Rough Endoplasmic reticulum.
  • Ribosomes are the protein builders or the protein synthesizers of the cell. Ribosome found within all living cells.( Both plant and animal cells).
  • Ribosomes present in prokaryotes too but in small in size compared to eukaryotes.
