Question

which substance has the lowest ignition temperature and which has the highest ??

Open in App
Solution

Ignition temperature is the minimum temperature at which a substance catches fire and starts burning. So as such we can't comment over which substance has the maximum or minimum ignition temperature since it entirely depends on the composition of the substance and the heat required to attain the ignition temperature also varies depends on the physical circumstances.
