While a man/woman/children sleeps his/her head can't balance and his/her head will felldown to the shoulders of the near persons. Why?

This is called hypnic jerk and means involuntary contraction of muscles leading to jerks in the body. This is perfectly normal and happens during the phase of falling asleep. There is no specific cause but sometimes sleeping out of time, irregular sleep cycles, stress, anxiety, dreams may trigger it.
