Solution

Dear Kanu, The strategy of an organization is a process for setting the organizational missions and objectives. Manpower requirement and the structure of organization have to be in tune with the strategy of the organization. This is essential for deriving benefits out of the strategic fit. It involves total direction which the enterprise plans to follow for attaining its objectives through the medium of manpower of an enterprise. For.e.g. An ABC ltd. company planned to hire 500 freshers to work on their project. Out of the these 500 freshers, 90 will be appointed for administration. Company is offering a basic salary of Rs. 4 lakh per annum. Every year, the company prepares a strategic plan to meet its manpower requirements. Further workload and workforce analysis is done and thus the recruitments are done according to the plan.
