Solution

In case of non identical or fraternal twins, two eggs are fertilized by two sperms and separate development of the embryo takes place. They are not genetically identically and consequently their development, physiology, morphological features will not be identical. Such twins are called dizygotic twins.

("fraternal"), meaning that they develop from two eggs, each fertilized by separate sperm cells.
Fraternal is a word that means anything pertaining to or involving brothers, not necessarily of one family.
