Why are some substances inflammable ? Why are perfumes and orange peels flammable

Inflammable and flammable means the same. The substances which have very low ignition temperatures are inflammable or flammable substances such as alcohol, petrol, LPG etc.
Perfumes contain alcohol due to which, it is flammable.
Orange is a citrus fruit. Its peel contains an oil which is volatile and flammable.
