why did the writer abandon the boat trip?

Open in App
Solution

The author was against a sea trip because he felt that a sea trip does one good if one goes on it for a couple of months, for a week, it is wicked. He says that his brother-in-law once went on a short sea trip for benefit of his health. He travelled from London to Liverpool by sea, and he disliked the trip so much that on reaching Liverpool he was anxious to sell his return ticket to someone.
