why do fruits like water melon have many seeds is one not enough? the mago has only on seed.

Number of seeds in a fruit depends on the number of ovules in an ovary before fertilisation. The fruits which have more seeds in them have more number of ovules in their flowers such as watermelon. There is no point of enough or not enough for number of seeds.
