why does a colour disc appear white when rotated?

Hi Surbhi!

Not every colour disc will appear white, when rotated. Colour discs of primary colours and colours in the order of VIBGYOR will appear white. White colour is the combination of red blue and green colours. Also, white colour can be obtained by combining violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red.
