Question

WHY DOES MUSCULAR TISSUE NOT HAVE THE POWER OF REGENERATION AND DIVISION THROUGHOUT LIFE AS EPITHELIAL TISSUE?

Open in App
Solution

Muscular tissues also have capability of regeneration in case of injury and wound but if muscular tissues get destroyed in large amount it cannot be regenerated. So we cannot say that these tissues don't have regeneration power. Satellite cells found in muscular tissue are capable to repair damages of the muscles.
