why does radio waves always collapse with thermosphere why not mesosphere troposphere or exosphere?

Solution

Because Thermosphere is the topmost layer of the atmosphere.So while coming from the satellites ,Radio Wave first collapse with themosphere and also it has highest temperature among all these layers.
