The blackboard look white after using again and again because while using chalk on blackboard again and again some of the particles sticks on black board due to adhesive force between chalk particle and blackboard where adhesive force is due to interection between atoms of the two materials by (ionic bonding) or share (covalent bonding) outer electrons.
