Open in App
Solution

When we get nervous adrenaline hormone is secreted by Adrenaline gland. The hormone prepares our body to face and respond to this condition of nervousness. Our body responds to this hormone by pumping more and more blood all over the body. That’s why breathing and heart beat increases. This is also known as flight or fight condition.
