Solution

Hi Chubby_cheeks!

The blue colour of the sky is caused by the scattering of light.

When light travels through the atmosphere, it undergoes scattering. The light of shorter wavelengths (violet, indigo and blue) scatters the most. The combination of these colours gives the sky-blue colour.

Cheers!!
