Solution

After industrial revolution human activities has been increased by several folds. Burning of fossil fuels like petroleum, coal, natural gas in industries and transport has been increased; thermal heating due to steam and home appliances etc has increased enormously. All such factors has disturbed the normal carbon cycle of atmosphere. Natural sources also produce CO2 in our habitat but it is balanced by carbon sink that removes CO2. So more human activities has disturbed the normal ratio of CO2 production and carbon sink. As a result percentage of CO2 has increased in atmosphere.
