WHY IS G CALLED UNIVERSAL CONSTANT

G is called the universal constant because it's value is independent of the experimental conditions . for eg it will be same if you are here or on the moon or somewhere else or the temperature is 100 Kelvin or 1000 kelvin or anything like that
