why is the democracy considered much superior to any other form of government in promoting dignity and freedom of the individuals . write 3 reasons?

Democracy provides the freedom to practice the Fundamental Rights which are the basic safeguards and principles for full bloom of a person's dignity and freedom . It is better than autocratic, dictatorship regimes which violate the freedom of the individuals to express themselves. The people are free to choose their representatives in a democracy but opposite happens in dictatorships.
