why it is not easy to cure AIDS

AIDS weakens the immune system. Body looses its ability to fight against the disease. So multiple diseases attack on AIDS patient and body incapable of fighting against it, deteriorates further and patient dies. Till this date no vaccine is discovered. Medicine are there but they can only slow the progression of the disease. So AIDS cannot be cure because of its nature and lack of medicines and vaccines.
