Dear Student!
It is neither hot nor cold. We are warm blooded organisms and maintain a constant body temperature. Our body maintains a temperature of 37 degree Celcius. If the temperature is lowered from this then the biochemical reactions taking place in our body would not take place. So it is necessary to maintain this temperature.
