As people grow older the arteries become stiffer and damaged due to long run. This results in high systolic pressure of blood inside the vessels. As a result the blood pressure increases. Increased blood pressure may cause cardiac arrests, kidney failure or other coronary diseases. Regular exercise, proper diet and regular health checkup can prevent all these complications of old age.
