2. Eligible voters from all communities and castes cast their vote and the party with the majority forms the government.
3. The opposition is formed by the second largest party and it forms the cornerstone of any democracy-it vices the concerns and criticises the government actions and policies.
4. The government in power has to listen to all stake holders and oblige them accordingly.
