why the positively charged rods does not lose any charge after removing it in charging by induction?
The word induction itself means influence without connection. When a positively charged rod is brought near a conductor, the free electrons, which has negative charge, present in the conductor will rush towards the side of the conductor which is near the positive rod. This will make the side facing the rod negatively charged while the opposite end of the conductor will acquire positive charge.
Since here only electrostatic force is responsible for charging up the conductor and no transfer of charge has taken place so the charged positive rod do not lose charge.
