Why the sevent bone is not called false bone,it is also joined with the another bone which is touching the chest

True ribs are the seven upper pair of ribs that are directly attached to the breast bone. The bone that does not have direct attachment to the breast bone is called false rib. The five sets of ribs below seven pairs of true ribs are false ribs.
