1) Bolsheviks controlled major portion of Russia during the 1920s and this was possible only with the cooperation and support of non – Russian nationalities
2) In due course of time, cooperation did not went on well with Russian colonists and resulted in disintegration of Russia. To bring about unity, Bolshviks joined hands with other independent states like Ukraine, Armenia, etc which claimed for nationalist government
3) In order to unite all these conflicting states of Russia, a resolution was brought about in 1922, thus making Bolshevik controlled states Georgia, Armernia, Ukraine etc into Union of Soviet Socialist Republic
