why we cannot eat more food and why we cannot get all the vitamins and nutrients in one kind of food why?
Vitamins are chemical compounds that are very essential for us but required in limited amount. They are found in several food items. Some food items like milk contains lots of vitamins and minerals but not all the vitamins and nutrients are present in a single food. To get adequate nutrients it is necessary to intake balanced diet including all essential food items in every meal. Meal portions can be small and limited but it should be balanced.
