according to question,
$(x - 3) = 4 (x - 6) \Rightarrow x - 3 = 4 x - 24 \Rightarrow - 3 x = - 21 \Rightarrow x = 7$

present age of Suresh = 7 yrs
present age of Subhash = 10 yrs
