Working with Constitution is not easy:

a. Constitutions are written in a legal language which are beyond the comprehension of common people.
b. Constitution may not be able to appease all sections of society.
c. It establishes rules and regulations, set procedures for the institutions which are cumbersome.
d. Institutional procedures leads to delays and red tapism in the decision making process.
e. Institutions so established by constitution bind the hands of leaders who have to work as per set procedures.
