Covenants are the promises made by the individuals or countries to uphold a rule or principle.These organizations bring out the cases of violation of human rights. They can be civil, political, economical or related to many other social issues. They can even decide upon some rights which should be provided to the citizens of the country no matter constitution recognizes them or not.
