Following are the incidence where law of inertia can explain them.
1. Falling from a moving bus when one jumps from it.
2. Falling from a bike when the front brake is pressed.
3. Movement of things in outer space, which moves continuously.
4. Leaning front sitting in a bus when the break is applied.
5. A cardboard is placed over a glass with a ball on its top. The ball falls into the glass if the cardboard is moved fast.
6. A thread is snapped easily in a jerk then when pulled slowly.
7. A bandage pulled from skin fast pains less compared to when moved slowly.
8. A object stays in its place if not moved.
9. A car continues to move forward for sometime even if its engine is switched off.
10. A skier slides on ice without constant need of pulling himself.
