Differences between digestion in Amoeba and human beings:

Humans

Amoeba

Humans have a complex digestive system which consist of alimentary canal (various organs) and associated glands

Amoeba does not have a digestive system, but the digestion is performed inside a vacuole with a cell.

(ii) The digestion involves both mechanical (by organs like teeth, stomach) and chemical processes (enzymatic actions) (ii) The digestion involves only chemical process (enzymatic actions)

Similarity
Both Amoeba and humans release digestive juices to digest food. They derive the energy from the food they eat. Both these organisms are heterotrophs.
