Land area is the country's total area but excluding area under inland water bodies which basically includes rivers and lakes. It also include exclusive economic zones. India has 29,73,190 square kilometer land area.
Farm area is the land which is primarily used for the purpose of agrarian production as well as for raising and breeding of the animals.
