Solution

  1. The moon orbits around the Earth in around 28.5days.
  2. Due to the revolution of the moon around the Earth, the moon changes its position at different times in the night.
  3. The moon rises in the east and sets in the west due to the rotation of Earth on its axis.
  4. So, the position of the moon keeps on changing at different times.
  5. Thus, the moon will be at different positions at 8:00PM and at 4AM.

Hence, the moon is visible at different positions.
