Pakistan can't be called a democratic country. Explain it.

Pakistan cannot be called a democracy in the true sense because it does not provide the decision making power to the elected representatives.There is still the influence of military power over the political decisions. There are restrictions on the freedoms of the people which is not as smooth as in a democratic country like India.
