Few cell organelles have functions which are coordinated with each other. These cell organelles constitute endomembrane system. This system includes endoplasmic reticulum (ER), Golgi complex, lysosomes and vacuoles. These cell organelles have single membrane around them and help in synthesis of lipids and proteins.

On the basis of above paragraph answer the following question.

All single celled eukaryotes are placed in kingdom Protista, but the boundaries of this kingdom are not well defined. This kingdom includes chrysophytes, dinoflagellates, euglenoids, slime moulds and protozoans. Members of Protista are primarily aquatic.
