Question

Solution

The correct option is C 47m2
For shelter
length l=4m, breadth b=3m, height h=2.5m
Total surface area of the shelter
=2(l+b)h+lb
=2(4+3)(2.5)+(4)(5)
=2(7)(2.5)+12=47m2
Hence 47m2 of tarpaulin will be required.
