$⟹ \frac{(x y + 5) (9 x^{2} y^{2} - 45 x y) + 211 x y + 20}{x y + 5}$

$⟹ 9 x^{2} y^{2} - 45 x y + \frac{211 x y + 20}{x y + 5}$

It is not completely divisible,

Hencr remainder is $211 x y + 5$
