$⟹ \frac{(x + 3) (x^{2} + 3 x + 8) - 33}{x + 3}$

$⟹ x^{2} + 3 x + 8 - \frac{33}{x + 3}$

Here, Numerator is not completely divisible by denominator.

Hence, remainder is $- 33$ .
