Let one of the sides be $x$.

Other side = $x+25$

Perimeter = Sum of all sides

$\Rightarrow \left(x\right)+\left(x\right)+(x+25)+(x+25)=150$ [Opposite sides are equal]

$\Rightarrow 4x+50=150$

$\Rightarrow 4x=100$

$\Rightarrow x=25$
Thus, the sides are $25$ cm, $25$ cm, $50$ cm and $50$ cm
