The correct option is C 20cm

Area of a square is given by Side × Side
Side × Side = 25 cm2
Side = 5 cm

When we look at the factors of 16,
25 = 25 × 1
25 = 5 × 5
Since the sides have to be equal, it has to be 5 cm long as 5 × 5 = 25

Side = 5 cm
Perimeter of the square = 4 × 5 cm = 20 cm
