The correct option is A 16.1 cm
Given AB = 4.5 cm, BC = 6.2 cm, CA = 5.4 cm
Therefore, Perimeter of triangle ABC
= AB + BC + CA
= 4.5 cm + 6.2 cm + 5.4 cm
= 16.1 cm
