Steps to construct a triangle when perimeter and two base angles are given.

Step 1: Line segment XY of length equal to the perimeter of the triangle is drawn.

Step 2: X and Y equal to the value of base angles are drawn.

Step 3: Angle bisectors of X and Y are constructed which meet at point A.

Step 4: Perpendicular bisectors of segment AX and AY are constructed which meet the segment XY at point B and C respectively.

So, in the process two angle bisectors and two perpendicular bisectors are constructed.
