$=\frac{9}{2}÷3=\frac{9}{2}÷\frac{3}{1}=\frac{9}{2}\times \frac{1}{3}=\frac{9\times 1}{2\times 3}=\frac{3\times 3\times 1}{2\times 3}=\frac{3}{2}$
