The correct option is A 3,000,000
For the smallest 7 digit number , if the smallest possible digit ,i.e 0 is placed at all places , we get 0,000,000 = 0


As 0 is not a 7 digit number,we change the number on million place with smallest possible digit except 0 ,that is, 3.


Thus, the number obtained is 3,000,000 .
