The given device is a siphon. It works on the basis of atmospheric pressure (on the difference in the atmospheric pressure). A portion of the air inside the bottle moves out when the bottle is pressed. The pressure inside the bottle decreases when the bottle is pressed and released. Water rushes through the pipe due to the atmospheric pressure experienced on the surface of the water in the bucket. Therefore, water flows out continuously.

A syringe, a straw and a dropper also work on the same principle.

The wings of an aeroplane is designed in such a way that it follows bernoulli's principle. Velocity of molecules above the wings is less than velocity of molecules below the wings. This causes a pressure difference and hence this causes the takeoff. So, this option can't be the correct answer.
