The pendulum of a clock shows to and fro as well as motion which repeats itself after a regular interval of time. Thus, it follows periodic as well as oscillatory motion.
All oscillatory motions are periodic because an oscillatory motion repeats itself after a regular interval of time.
But, all periodic motions are not necessarily oscillatory. For example, the motion of planets around the Sun is periodic. But the motion is not to and fro about its mean position. Hence, the motion of planets around the Sun is not oscillatory.
