Solution

Given, equation is x+7=3

So, for x=3

we get, LHS=3+7=10

So, LHSRHS, x=3 is not a solution for equation x+7=3

So, for x=4

we get, LHS=4+7=11

So, LHSRHS, x=4 is not a solution for equation x+7=3

So, for x=-4

we get, LHS=-4+7=3

So, LHS=RHS, x=-4 is a solution for equation x+7=3

So, for x=-7

we get, LHS=-7+7=0

So, LHSRHS, x=-7 is not a solution for equation x+7=3

Hence x=-4is a solution for equation x+7=3
