The correct option is A Green
As the disc is moving with a constant speed so its tangential acceleration is constant and due to circular motion it has only centripetal acceleration , which is given by ,
a=v2/r
where r= radius and v= velocity ,
a1/r (velocity is constant here)
since radius of green ball is smallest therefore it will experience greatest acceleration
