Pintu went for swimming in swimming pool of length 50 m. He swam 6 lengths. How many lengths more does he have to swim so that he completes 500 m in total?

Given: Lengths swam by pintu =6

Distance in one length of swimming pool =50m

Lengths completed in swimming 500m=50050

=5001050=10

Remaining lengths he have to swim to complete 500m = Lengths completed in swimming 500m - Lengths swam by pintu

=10-6=4

Hence, he have to swim 4 more lengths so that he completes 500 m in total.
