In terms of longitudinal meridians, all the places in the Eastern Hemisphere to the Prime Meridian are ahead in time by 4 minutes for every 1° longitude and all the places in the Western Hemisphere to the Prime Meridian are behind by 4 minutes for every 1° longitude.
